Why BetBright is Blacklisted         

The reason that BetBright has been blacklisted by us and by many other online casino review sites, is because of its affiliate program. Most online casinos have them, from the best casinos out there, to the new looks looking to make their mark.

The BetBright casino operates under BetBright Affiliate, a program that has received a lot of bad press. This is all down to the way it treats its affiliates, the methods it uses and the fact that it has refused to solve issues that affiliates have. In fact, most affiliates haven’t even been able to get a response out of them, which is shocking when you think these affiliates are responsible for sending them traffic and that BetBright are not holding up their end of the bargain.

You might argue that this doesn’t have anything to do with the casino side of things and to an extent you would be right. But at the same time,  it’s the same company. And let’s be honest, no one wants to play on a casino that has so little care for its customers, a casino that has a nonexistent customer support and a casino that thinks it’s okay to operate with very dodgy practices.

That’s what BetBright is, and that’s why it has been listed on our blacklist.

Does BetBright Have Any Positives?

There are indeed some good things about this casino, and there are also some positives with regards to the BetBright sportsbook. They have good odds, decent promotions and a good choice of payment options. But what’s the point in ticking all of those boxes when it fails to get the basics right?

A casino could have the best games in the world, but if it doesn’t have a responsive customer support then it doesn’t matter. Same goes for casinos that have big bonuses, but won’t let you withdraw.

BetBright is not a top rated online casino in our eyes. It doesn’t have the best bonuses and it does not the things that it should do. There is too much wrong here and we would recommend leaving this one well alone.
