Coral Online Casino Review
Coral is one of the biggest gambling brands in the world, up there with the likes of WilliamHill when it comes to brand recognition. But despite the fact they have been going for many decades and have a huge slice of the UK gambling market in their hands, there are flaws that leave this online casino trailing behind some of its rivals.

Coral gets a lot wrong, which we will discuss soon, but it also does a lot right. There are a great number of Playtech games on Coral, including some of the best and highest paying titles. There are slots, table games, scratch cards, video poker games and more.
Coral also has a number of sections on their site, letting you do everything from bet on sports to play table tables, jackpot games, bingo and lotteries. They also have a poker section, albeit not one that can come close to PokerStars or Full Tilt, and a live casino. This live casino is one of the better ones we have come across on established brands like this, but it’s still not perfect and suffers from the same flaws that you will see on many other top gambling sites.
Coral has somewhat mediocre bonuses, offering up to £100 on a 100% matched deposit bonus for the live casino and a £50 bonus for the virtual casino. These don’t come close to the best bonuses on Spin Palace, Royal Vegas Casino and other Microgaming casinos, but it’s still good for casual players who enjoy Playtech games.

Cons
Coral does not have the best customer support. This is a big issue in the online gambling industry and one we have encountered many times. In fact, some online casinos are now using slogans like, “We’re not bad for an online casino” to openly admit to the many faults that this industry has.
So on the one hand, Coral are just jumping on a bandwagon that no one should want to be a part of but that everyone seems to be a part of. But on the other hand they are doing it much worse than others. They are very slow, they are unprofessional at times and they rarely help you in the way they should.
We have had several issues with Coral ranging from issues with bonuses to problems with glitches, games and more. None of these matters were handled professionally and Coral lost a lot of marks because of this. The site is also not the best and looks a little dated when compared to the grand and glorious setups being offered by the likes of Paddy Power and Bet365.
In fact, Paddy Power and changed their aesthetic many times, fine tuning it, overhauling it and making it go from great to even better. But Coral have made no attempt to go from poor to good and you just get the feeling that they have given up and have accepted the bad reviews and the rapidly plummeting reputation.
Casino Rating: 60/100
Coral has some major flaws with its customer support and the aesthetic of the site. In both areas they are dated and could use some serious improvements, yet it’s just something that doesn’t seem to be happening and something that probably won’t happen anytime soon either.
Coral is nowhere near as good as many other established gambling sites, but if you’re looking for a brand you can trust and one that has been around for a long time then this is still probably a good shout.

I think if you really want bookmaking services, you should visit Coral’s brick and mortar shops. They really offer special services. What about their online offering? Well, the sports betting arm is rather weak, but they excel well in offering online casino services. They have excellent rewards and promotions, plus if you are looking for Playtech slots, then Coral Casino should be one of the platforms you need to consider. The other thing that I’m sure you’ll appreciate, especially if you live in the UK are the different payment options on offer. I travelled down to Amsterdam but there are options which I couldn’t find, yet they were readily available while I was back home.
