Casino Cruise Review: Pros
Casino Cruise has a number of great games. These include a pick of the bunch from Microgaming, as well as the newer titles we all love so much from Net Ent.
Casino Cruise is a UK online casino that seems to have it all, including a live casino, flash-based games, downloadable options and more. Casino Cruise also has a unique aesthetic, focusing on a cruise theme and offering to take you away on a quest across the seven seas. This is unique theme to say the least, and we haven’t seen anything like it elsewhere but it works. It doesn’t look out of place in the least.
Casino Cruise Review: Cons
Casino Cruise have an extensive verification process. We don’t have an issue with the need for this process as such. Many sites have them and while we don’t think they are necessary (not when they can run a simple, automated check) we understand their inclusion. With Casino Cruise, however, the process takes far too long and is far too complicated. For a top rated online casino such as this, it’s not acceptable.
Another issue we have with the Casino Cruise website is that there are a few hidden terms and conditions regarding the bonuses they offer. We understand that real money online casinos don’t want to advertise just how low value their free spins are or just how big their play-through rate is. We get that and it’s common. However, Casino Cruise have taken it a little too far for our liking.
Their hidden terms not only include high play-through rates and low value free spins, but they also include terms that can make acquiring your welcome bonus very difficult. We once signed up for a casino that promised a big bonus after a certain amount was deposited and played. We deposited it, we bet with it, and we complained when the bonus didn’t arrive. The customer support told us that we were supposed to contact them first and then state “We agree” in order to unlock it. It was a cop-out, and it was enough for us to give that casino a very bad casino rating.
Casino Cruise is not quite as bad as that, but it gives you an idea of just how much hardened gamblers like us detest this sort of behavior. Be honest, be open. We appreciate it and we will respect you more for it.
Casino Rating: 8.5/10
It’s fair to say that Casino Cruise has many positives. Typically those positives would be enough for this online casino review to be high. However, because of the issues mentioned above, as well as buggy software that can be very frustrating, Casino Cruise only gets a 9/10 from us. It’s one of the more promising Microgaming casinos we have played and it’s also one of the top Swedish casinos we have played. However, it falls flat for the average gambler, and doesn’t come close to sites like Come On and MobileBet.

The name betrays the casino in all aspects. It’s a platform that’s themed around the concept of stepping aboard a luxury cruise and sailing into the sea for a holiday while being entertained by friendly staff. This was something I liked and I must comment. Aside from that, the casino gives all players a chance of riding a wave of fun-filled entertainment. A well decorated portfolio of games, features above average number of promotions throughout the month; and very responsive customer support services. I was only be pissed off with how long it took them to pay out my winnings with a lot of back and forth chat between the agents.
