BetSoft, Microgaming, NetEnt
Lucky 31 Online Casino Review
Lucky 31 has been on the market for five years, but it has struggled to make a huge impact in that time. In our Lucky 31 casino review we find out why that is.
There is no immediate and obvious reason why Lucky 31 has been hiding in the shadows of the online casino world. This is a solid casino and as we shall explain, there is a lot to like and a lot to appreciate. There are some flaws though and these have served to reduce the impact that the casino has had on the virtual stage.
Plus and minus casino
Top Selection of Games
No Players From UK
No Phone Support
We love the fact that Lucky 31 has a selection of BetSoft games because we love all BetSoft casinos. The problem that we have with these casinos is that BetSoft is usually all they have and because BetSoft only have a small number of games, this means there is rarely any variety. That is not the case with Lucky 31.
One of the biggest selling points of this real money online casino for us is the fact that there are those BetSoft games, but that they are included alongside games from the likes of Microgaming and Net Ent. In other words, you have the quality provided by the BetSoft titles but you also have the quantity provided by the other developers.
That's a lot of emphasis to place on one thing, we know, but we feel that it is a big deal and we know that there are many real money casino players out there who will feel the same. Other positive aspects of this real money online casino is the fact that they hold a certificate of trust, SSL certificates, audits, licenses and everything else you would expect a top online casino to have in this day and age.
You can’t play on Lucky 31 if you are from a few countries, and there are also restrictions on players from the UK. This is a bit of a letdown and it will rule a lot of players out, but there are fewer restrictions then you will find on other real money online casinos.
Another aspect of this casino that is disappointing, and perhaps unforgivably so, is that fact that they have no phone support. you wouldn't expect this from highly rated online casinos like Bet365 and WilliamHill, and that’s why Lucky 31 lets itself down by not having it. If it wants to rival those aforementioned online casinos then it need to improve on this area.
Online Casino Rating 7/10
There are some big positives and some big negatives here, both of these have a sizable impact on our overall online casino rating, but both are also simple. They did a really good job of getting those BetSoft games onboard and we think that they deserve a lot of praise for that, not least because it makes our experience all the better for it.
However, on the flip side they dropped the ball by not offering phone support. It should be easy to setup a link to a call center in this day and age and to provide the connection and peace of mind that players crave. But they didn’t, and it's why they are getting a 7/10 score instead of a 8.5 or even a 9.
