Malibu online casino Review
Malibu Casino has some of the hallmarks of a respectable casino and even of a top rated online casino. It was established back in 2010, there are some positive online casino reviews out there for it and it has a license in Curacao.
However, when you dig a little deeper then you begin to unearth some serious issues with this online casino and that’s why it has made it onto our blacklist.
Why Malibu Casino is on Our Blacklist
There have been many negative reports about this online casino, many players who argue that it should not be allowed to operate within the EU, and they’re right. The fact that they have Curacao license means they can offer their services to players across the Americas and that’s what they have been doing.
They can also offer their services to the EU, but in doing so they are essentially avoiding the very strict regulations that the EU requires, regulations that are followed closely by casinos that operate under UK and Maltese gaming licenses, but ones that these American casino can avoid.
The main issue with the Malibu Casino is that it doesn’t pay out withdrawals. Many players have reported winning money and attempting to make a withdrawal, only to hit a brick wall. Many of them have been waiting for over 6 months and are still waiting to receive money that is owed to them. This is just not acceptable, but it’s also not the only thing that is wrong with this casino.
Even if you focus on the games and the aesthetic, it’s a relatively poor casino. It doesn't have games from top developers and only has a license with Rival Gaming, which is a brand you will rarely see on top rated online casinos out there.
There are some Microgaming casinos like Rizk that have Rival games, but they are generally not a well respected developer and they lag behind many of the others. The fact that Malibu Casino have chosen these and only these speaks volumes and should have been a sign that players needed to leave them well alone. But those players didn’t heed any of the warnings, they took a chance and it looks like thy are now paying for it.
Hopefully by including the Malibu Casino on our blacklist we can stop this happening in the future.
Malibu Casino Review: 1/10
We have let some of our blacklisted casinos off with decent scores in the past, including a few that have 3/10 and 4/10 scores. That’s because, as much as we would advise staying away from them, they have still paid customers the money they have won. The ones that can’t get this basic feature right don’t deserve anything more than a 1/10.
There is no point playing on an online casino that refuses to pay you any money you make. They are a black hole. You put money in and you have no hope of taking money out. So, no matter where you are or how desperate you are for an online casino that you can play in your region, make sure you stay away from this one. It’s not worth the risk and will likely lose its license and disappear from the internet very soon. We can only hope so.

Aaaagh. I have cheked it 5 minutes ago. Yes, it's still active. I dont't really know how casinos like this still exist. I mean that usually if any casino is blacklisted on one or two ratings, other repeat this. So, either potential users of Malibu can't read (which is unlikely) or they just think : "Hmmm, awful casino. It's awful on all ratings and all users call this casino awful. Yeap, I wanna try it." Guys, really. If casino has some problems with money withdraw and I mean users don't recieve aniything instead they recive something after agonizing expectations then this casino is not very good choice for active and interesting playing. You will only lost your money and vibe. I want to put a zero. That\'s all.
