Mr Green Online Casino Review
It’s rare to find an online casino, or any gambling site for that matter, that is fronted by a mascot and is even named after that mascot. But Mr Green does exactly that, taking a trend from the fast food industry and bringing it to the world of gambling. But how has it worked for them, and what does this highly rated casino offer keen gamblers across Europe?

Pros
Mr Green has some of the best bonuses you will find on any top English casino. It is these bonuses that front their big advertising campaigns, which you have no doubt seen on UK TV and on countless websites. Mr Green is backed by a wealthy corporation and has a lot of money behind it, which has allowed it to grow into one of the top 10 casinos online.
It began by offering a selection of over 300 slots and table games. This then expanded into other casino games, bingo games and more. Before long, Mr Green had dipped its toes into the sports betting market and had expanded from being just an online UK casino into a casino with a reach across Europe.
Mr Green ticks many boxes and has many positives. But there are some warnings here as well, because Mr Green is not as friendly or as happy-go-lucky as their adverts make them out to be.
Cons
For as many positives as there are, there is one major negative to Mr Green and that’s the customer support. It’s fast and it’s responsive. Those are both huge positives as well. But it’s so unprofessional, unhelpful and, occasionally, rude. Personally we have only experienced a few hints of this ourselves. But we have worked closely with gamblers who have had terrible experiences with them.
One such gambler had a “falling out” with the customer support after they refused him a bonus on some minor terms and then voided a bet that went on to win. He was aggrieved, as we would all be, and he made this clear. They had a heated argument, Mr Green didn’t react as they should have done and a complaint was filed. When it turned out the complaints department was just as unhelpful, he took his issue up with the ombudsman.
After that, he received countless calls from Mr Green. He deleted his number from the site, told them to stop contacting him and blocked their email address. But those contacts didn’t stop. “We just want to help where we can,” they told him. And even after he told them the only way they could help was to leave him alone, they still persisted.
This is unacceptable for any online casino and it’s hugely off-putting to know this level of behavior exists at this level. As a result, even though we didn’t have any major issues when we signed up and played for the purposes of this review, we still closed our account down after it was over and made sure to put Mr Green on our own personal blacklist.

Casino Rating: 6/10
We have a rule here: when doing online casino reviews you should never let the opinions of other reviewers influence your own. You don’t know if they are telling the truth, you don’t know the whole story, and it’s not fair to suppose that you do. In this case, however, we knew the truth and that was off-putting for us.
So, even though Mr Green has many positives, even though those positives would usually be enough to make this one of the top rated online casinos out there, it only gets a casino rating of 6/10 from us. It’s just not worth the hassle when sites like LeoVegas and BetWay exist and are so much better.

I have used Mr Green more than a year ago and to be honest I can\'t point any advantages or disadvantages concretely. I mean that MG is not good and is not bad. It\'s just a middle. Nothing special and nothing disgusting. My personal regrets to a guy from the article but even here I have no experience like this. Maybe it is a luck, maybe karma, I don\'t actually know. 6 is to little, my choice is 7.
