NetBet Online Casino Review
NetBet has been around for a few years now but it has never quite competed with the biggest and best online casinos or sportsbooks out there. It has always been on the fringes, trying hard but never quite getting there. The question is, are the games, the support and the site itself to blame for this or is NetBet just a massively underrated online casino that deserves more praise than it gets?
Plus and minus casino
Good Live Chat
Good Sports Betting Attached
Not the Best Support
Problems with Verification
NetBet is proud of its payout rate, and so it should be. In 2017 it averaged 96.63% over the course of the year and it got there by offering only the very best games with the highest payouts. On top of this it also has some top bonuses for casual players (£200 matched deposit bonus for new members) and some huge jackpots.
The aesthetic is also very clean and easy to navigate. In many ways the site reminds us of BetWay, which is one of the best betting sites we have played. There are some issues with NetBet though, as discussed below.
NetBet used to have some issues with their customer support. It was a little slow and problematic, but the staff were always helpful and eventually they fixed the issues, leaving one of the best live chat and email support systems you will find on any of the highest rated online casinos in England.
If you have an issue just send their live chat a message and you should have a response in matter of moments. They are very polite, very helpful, and they will typically resolve any issue you have in moments.
One of the issues that they can’t resolve, however, is the bugs on the site. NetBet doesn’t work great with all browsers and platforms and we have encountered problems with both mobile and desktop browsers. This isn’t true for all platforms and on some it’s smooth and effortless, but on others, including Chrome on a MacBook, it is a nightmare.
We are also not a big fan of the verification system that NetBet uses. It is slow, it is awkward and it really shouldn’t be there. These days it’s very easy for online gambling sites to determine if a UK player is who they say they are or not. There are automatic checks that can be done in seconds and most sites utilise them, but for some reason NetBet do not.
Casino Rating: 75/100
NetBet has some glaring issues, as mentioned above. These should result in it getting a much lower score. As it stands it’s somewhat on par with top casino brands like LeoVegas for us. It doesn’t have as good of a layout and we don’t like the sportsbook as much either, but it makes up for this in other areas and that’s why it ends up with a very respectable score.
We definitely recommend signing up to this one. It has its flaws, sure, but if you’re happy to go through the verification checks and you’re looking for a new site, give it a go.

There are things that you’ll immediately love about NetBet Casino but the most outstanding features are their game portfolio and web design. The casino is powered by iSoftBet and features games from multiple software providers including NetEnt, IGT, Play ‘N Go, Booming Games, NYX, Thunderkick, Novomatic, Pariplay, Quickspin among others. This ensured that there was variety and I wasn’t bored at all. Also, to make it easy for navigation, the games have been categorized into different sections that include video poker, slots, roulette, cards and a selection handpicked by NetBet. This made it very easy to choose the games and saved on so much time that would otherwise be spent on manually searching the games
