Prime Slots online casino Review

Prime Slots casino was established back in 2011. Operating with a Maltese gaming license, this online casino exploded onto the scene with big bonuses and a decent offering of games. But things quickly went downhill from there and there are now many players asking whether this casino is even legit.

In our Prime Slots review we’ll try to answer that question and more, telling you whether this deserves to be a top rated online casino or whether it should end up on our casino blacklist.

Prime Slots is a fully licensed casino operating in Malta. This is the same jurisdiction in which gambling giants like Bet365 and BetWay operate, so they are in good company. However, they really don’t deserve to be listed in the same review as those companies.

This is a colorful casino and we love the aesthetic. We also like the size of many of the bonuses and the games that they have to offer. These games are provided by the likes of  Net Ent, NeoGame and CryptoLogic, making for a nice selection and one that is fairly unique. These are the basics and these are the things that Prime Slots manages to get right.

But there are the basics as well and when these are concerned this casino falls a little flat.

In the early days, we would have listed Prime Slots as a decent rated online casino. It would have ticked a few boxes, pleased us for a few minutes, and then we would have found something better.

Over time, however, it went downhill. When it should have focused on improvements, it seemed to go the other way. The customer service is some of the worst we have seen and is more or less nonexistent in places. There are also many reports of players just not receiving their money, or their bonuses.

After hearing bad things about live chat, we tried it out for ourself. They did respond to our messages, but they were slow, they didn’t always seem to know what was going on, and they weren’t very helpful.

You’d think this wouldn’t a problem as long as you didn’t encounter any issues. But when bonuses aren’t arriving when they should and with all sorts of problems occurring, these issues do happen and you don’t get much help.
