QueenVegas Online Casino Review
QueenVegas is a good looking real money online casino on the outside and it seems to do a lot of things right. But there is one major issue that lets the whole brand down and until this is fixed then this is an online casino that may never reach its potential. In this QueenVegas review we see what that issue is.

Black List - QueenVegas Casino Basics
QueenVegas uses the SkillOnNet software which, depending on your standpoint, is either an interesting addition or a terrible mistake. We are somewhere in the middle, happy to look at all sides and a little disappointed with what we have found in doing so.
In mid-to-late 2017, gambling site The Pogg, along with many studious players, noticed some anomalies with the SkillOnNet software. It seemed that they were using non-random variables in their “random” gamble feature. What this means is that they were offering players the chance to “gamble” their winnings, going double or nothing.
This is common practice across many online casino slots and other games and because they are offering a 50/50 gamble feature, the odds of winning/losing should be 50/50. Simple as that. If you are choosing between a red and black card and you stand to double-up or lose everything, then you expect the odds to be 50/50.
However, according to this site and those players, that was not the case and the SkillOnNet game (video poker in this case) was heavily weighed towards the house. The reply the community received when announcing this and trying to rectify it was not positive and it is because of that that QueenVegas was blacklisted.
QueenVegas Casino Features and Support
QueenVegas offer great customer support and they are incredibly professional. They really do excel in this area and that's always good to see. They also offer a wealth of banking options and they are fairly quick with payouts. What’s more, they don’t seem to have a minimum withdrawal amount and the maximum is €10,000 a month, which should cover all but the high rollers and the jackpot winners.
They do have some solid bonuses. Not quite the best of all online casinos and a long way from the likes of Spin Palace, but decent nonetheless. You can get a 100% deposit up to €100 and there are also free spins.

Online Casino Rating: 3/10
Unfortunately, while QueenVegas might be secure and it might be fair in other departments, we have no choice but to follow suit and place this on our black list. It’s basic fairness. You have to offer the odds that you’re claiming to offer and as soon as it looks like you are trying to dupe your customers then we can’t recommend you.
Of course, it’s the software developer at fault and not QueenVegas, but they chose to use that software and until they change, we won’t alter our opinion.
If not for this issue then they might have received a 7 or 7.5 out of 10. Because of this, we can’t score them higher than 3 and can’t place this real money online casino anywhere but on our black list.

I made first contact with Queen Vegas casinos in 2014 as I was going my routine duty of writing casino reviews. At first, I didn’t think it worthy given the general appearance, but when I decided to create an account and started playing the games, I realized that there’s more to what meets the eye. If you are planning or if you consider to sign up, I recommend you to stay clear of the card and roulette games. Instead, try their live casino games. They are among the best that I have played online so far. Once you’ve become a VIP, you’ll learn to appreciate this programs across all online casinos.
