Simba Games online casino Review
With everyone’s favorite lion cub Simba as its mascot, Simba Games is a fun, acton-packed real money casino that launched in 2014 under the Skill On Net brand. This casino quickly became a top rating online casino in the UK. But Simba Games is far from perfect, and in this Simba Games review we’ll look at all of the positives and the negatives concerning this real money online casino.
Plus and minus casino
Part of Big Brand
Confusion with Other Brand Casinos
Occasionally Unfriendly Customer Support
- Sofort banking
Skill On Net is a huge brand, and one that has its own software. This is the software you will find on Simba Games, along with many games from Williams Interactive. These include fun slots like Ruby Slippers that you just don’t see enough of.
The Simba Games aesthetic is very colorful and fun, taking on a cartoon, fairy tale theme, and one that slot lovers will instantly appreciate. This cool theme is one of the first things that attracted us to the Simba Games real money online casino. But the great Skill on Net games, the WMS slots and the accessible instant play casino helped to ensure we stuck around.
The first issue we have with Simba Games is one that we have also discovered on many other casinos and sportsbooks. When you have big brands like Skill On Net, they tend to lump their customer support and their other features into one. As a result, you can email them on Simba Games, and get a response relating to RedKings. This is a little off-putting and disorganized. They should know which site you are using and which email you addressed, yet most of the time they don’t.
Speaking of customer support, we have also had a few difficult times with the Simba Games support. Not only did they mistake which site we were using and waste many moments of our time as a result, but we also found them to be very slow, frustrating and even occasionally unprofessional. This seems to be an issue that many people have had with Simba Games. It’s not really an issue that has always been present with their other brands, but it certainly is here.
This sort of issue could be one of the main reasons why Skill On Net casinos like this struggle to stand up to bigger brands like BetWay and why they always pale in comparison.
Casino Rating: 8/10
Skill On Net is a brand with promise, but one that doesn’t get everything right. This casino is the perfect example of it. It has the chance to be a top rated casino and one of the best online casinos in the UK. It has a solid aesthetic and comes very close. But its unprofessional customer support lets it down and is the reason its casino rating isn’t higher than 8/10.
If it focused on fixing this, then its top slot games would stand out more and it could easily outshine many Microgaming casinos and other casinos out there, getting a much bigger online casino review in the process.

I will admit it was pretty nice trying out the unknown titles but the nostalgia kicks in and I was back to the classic ones. That is one of the best things about this online casino, it’s not just a collection of many titles just for the sake but handpicked new exciting ones and the popular ones every casino player is used to. Their live section is pretty cool and rich with options. I like that they have a weekly bonus offer because who hates a bonus on a Monday morning?? Not me!! I would recommend this site to any casino fan.
