Sunmaker is not available in the United Kingdom, an issue that will affect many more players than the lack of downloadable software. The issue with UK tax laws and the transfer of money turned many online casinos away, and Sunmaker were one of them. The Sunmaker casino is also not available in the United States, Turkey, Greece and other countries where online gambling is often tightly restricted.
Other downsides to Sunmaker include a live chat that is only available during business hours. This is professional and helpful when it is available, but outside of those hours you’re on your own. Sunmaker is not the best casino we have played on. The games are fairly limited, the bonuses are not the biggest, and there are a few big countries that can’t gain access. If those limited games had come from a big name developer and if the setup was standard, we would be scoring Sunmaker no more than 6/10. But because the layout is unique, and because those games are more or so rare, we feel it deserves considerably more praise.
If you have never played on casinos in your life, then this probably isn’t a good place to start. But if you have played many like us and you’re looking for a refreshing change, give Sunmaker a go.
