Vegas Hero Online Casino Review
VegasHero is a real money online casino from a company with plenty of experience in this field. The same people behind VegasHero also own Genesis Casino, Spinit Casino, Casino Cruise and Sloty Casino. None of these are huge, but most are very respectable and well worth playing.
The question is, is VegasHero just as worthwhile and should you get yourself an account on this real money casino or is it something best left alone.
If you use an e-wallet like Skrill or Neteller, both of which are available on VegasHero, then you can get your withdrawals within 2 hours. It’s commendable, but it’s also the way that it should be as e-wallet payments are instant.
They are also very quick with regards to other withdrawals, and you can choose from debit cards, credit cards, bank transfers and EcoPayz.
They have live chat, solid support, a layout that is very mobile friendly, and games from some major developers, including Microgaming, NetEnt, Neteller, PaySafe and more.
There is a withdrawal limit on VegasHero. That’s the bad news, but the good news is that the limit is $5,500 a week. Considering there are sites with limits of less than this a month, it’s relatively acceptable, but a limit is a limit and it means that it can be difficult to collect a lot of money if you have a big win.
The promotions are not very big on VegasHero, which is a bit of a letdown, and there is also no loyalty scheme like the one you will find on Spin Palace.
There are some minor issues that customers have complained about as well, from the lack of deposit limits and self exclusions (you can arrange these by the phone though) to the lack of support for all currencies.
While they have a live chat facility, this seems to be available for a very short period of time. Also, the site itself seems to be suited more for mobile play. This is a common trend with modern online casinos as there are more mobile gamblers than desktop gamblers out there right now, but it leaves the desktop gamblers in the lurch somewhat when everything is focused on the mobile side of things.
You can play the VegasHero casino in the United Kingdom and many other countries where online gambling is legal, but you can not play it in countries where gambling it either illegal or restricted, including France, Spain, Denmark, Iran, Portugal, Turkey and about half a dozen more. Everything else is fair game, but just because it is available in your country doesn’t mean you will be able to play using the currency of that country.
Casino Rating: 60/100
VegasHero is not a bad online casino, but it is not a great one either. It is a letdown in too many areas to ever be considered one of the best and considering there are thousand of real money online casinos out there, that sort of mediocrity makes it hard for VegasHero to standout.
If you’re a gambling nomad only in it for the bonuses and you enjoy jumping from site to site, there is no reason why you shouldn’t include VegasHero on your travels. If you are looking for a new home for all of your gambling needs, we don’t feel like this is it.

Vegas Hero could easy be renamed and perfectly fit with the name Vegas disaster! I had a bad time especially with their support team and finance department for failing to pay out my winnings, citing that I need to provide UK documents before I can withdraw my $7,420 winnings. I think they felt bad because I had only spent $27 and won that much while playing Starburst. While this is a good thing – that you can actually win that much – the fact that they didn’t pay out is bad enough for them to receive this harsh review.
